Properties:
lDOWELLTAN MM51 has an excellent dispersing effect on dye stuffs, vegetable and synthetic tanning materials.
lDOWELLTAN MM51 has a very good compatibility with mineral complex tanning agents & chrome syntans. It can also be used together with resin tanning agents. It is not sensitive to iron salt and it does not change the colour.
lIt contains trace amounts of formaldehyde, please decide the dosage according to the formaldehyde limit requirements of leather.
Application:
lDOWELLTAN MM51 gives a firmer grain and even colour when used during neutralizing stage together with other chemicals.
lDOWELLTAN MM51 can be used as a leveling agent for light color leather. It can be added separately or together with dye stuff during the dyeing stage.
lDOWELLTAN MM51 have excellent dispersing effect on strong filling resin tanning agents, vegetable extracts, complex & synthetic tanning materials. Suggested usage between 1-2% based on shaved weight.
