Properties:

lDOWELLAN SPW-06 is an efficient, economic and environmentally friendly non-ionic degreasing agent, it has excellent performance about penetration, wetting, emulsifying and degreasing performance.

lDue to non-ionic charge, DOWELLAN SPW-06 has a very wide range of application. It can be applied in soaking, liming, deliming, bating and pickling process, allowing a depth, uniform, high efficiency degreasing effect.

lDOWELLAN SPW-06 assures an excellent performance when applied during bating process, because the complete compatibility with the DOWELLZYM enzymes’ range.

lDOWELLAN SPW-06 produces low foam in all application steps.


Application:

lDOWELLAN SPW-06 is suitable for all kinds of the leather, especially for the leather with high fat content. The combination with DOWELLZYM HK can assure the best performance.

lIn order to obtain the best degreasing effect, it will be better to reduce the quantity of water in the bath. The product must be stirred well before use.

lSuggestion dosage:

Soaking, liming 0.2%-0.6% (based on wet salted hide weight)

Degreasing of pig skins 0.5%-1.5% (based on wet salted hide weight)

Degreasing of sheep skins after bating 1-3% (based on pelt weight)

Pickling 0.3-0.7% (based on pelt weight)


Packing:

       120L plastic drum


Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
