lDOWELLOR SPL-55 has very good penetration, excellent emulsion stability , excellent acid and salt stability.
lDOWELLOR SPL-55 improves the stability of other fatliquor and promotes the penetration and dispersion speeding of the fatliquor when used in the main fatliquoring mixture.
lAvoids generating the Oil frost.
lMakes the leather soft and plump.
lIt can be used in prefatliquoring in pretanning stage.
lDOWELLOR SPL-55 has good light fastness.
Application:
lSuggestion dosage (based on shaved weight).
Main fatliquoring: 3-10%
Prefatliquoring: 1-3%
lPreparation of emulsion: it should be emulsified with 4 times hot water at 60℃.

120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃.Avoid long-time exposure in sunlight or freezing condition. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The change in ambient temperature may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It may freeze in the freezing environment. It is suggested to stir this product well before use. Non-dangerous chemical.
