lDOWELLTAN CRS11 is an environment-friendly amphoteric chrome-free tanning agent, which does not contain chromium, zirconium, aluminum and other metals, and can reduce the emission of chrome shavings.

lDOWELLTAN CRS11 has good penetration and strong tanning property. The shrinkage temperature of wet white leather tanned by DOWELLTAN CRS11 is ≥80℃.

lThe wet white leather tanned by CRS11 is light in color, fine in grain surface, plump and soft.

lDOWELLTAN CRS11 can be used for combined tanning with chrome tanning agent, multi-metal tanning agent and vegetable tanning agent to meet the requirements of different leather products.

Application:

lDOWELLTAN CRS11 has strong tanning performance, and can be widely used for tanning cowhide and sheepskin.

lUsed for conventional pickling and tanning: the recommended dosage is 4.0-6.0% (based on the weight of limed skin). The penetration time of the material is 4-5h. Then the pH of the bath solution is increased to 7.4-7.8 with sodium bicarbonate, etc. Then, add water, raise the temperature to 35-38℃, continue to rotate for 3-5h, and stop drumming overnight. The next day, it should be thoroughly washed. Then, change the water, add 2% DOWELLTAN DL57-L, rotate for 2-3h, and adjust the pH of the bath to pH4.5-5.0. Finally, the tanning process is finished.

lWhen using, reduce skin contact with this product. Excessive contact may cause allergic reaction. Once splashed in the eyes, rinse with water immediately.

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃.Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. It may form slight deposits if the product has been stored for a long time, but its properties will not be changed. It is suggested to stir this product well before using.
